Analysis of the Implementation of Effective Communication on Interprofessional Collaboration in the Inpatient Installation of Hasanuddin University Hospital

Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) is the provision of health services carried out by involving various professional professions and providing comprehensive services, in collaboration with patients, families, groups communities to provide quality services. This study aims analyze implementation effective communication on IPC Inpatient Installation Hasanuddin University Hospital. The type research conducted qualitative using a phenomenological approach. Informants/samples this were taken purposive sampling totaling 15 informants. results indicate that 9 variables inpatient installation Unhas Hospital, there 1 variable, namely frequent which has not run optimally because it constrained limited time owned DPJP feelings inferiority felt other besides doctors staff. junior medical. Factors influence Hospital include training planning factors, technology, reporting patterns, willingness adapt accept technology leadership administrative support. cause been implemented perfectly are factors technology. Therefore, hoped hospital will make special policies related design model involves all service departments so easy implement according conditions.
